Breakfast
Wheat Crisp, un-sweetened Lipton tea and an apple.
I'm not that much of a breakfast person, especially at 7 in the morning, but I've decided to start (not a resolution, just part of a healthy living plan). However breakfast is completed with half the wheat crisp and the apple remaining. :(
Ah well, at least I'm full, I'll save the apple for a snack later in the day...hopefully *fingers crossed*.
